📄 Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01.01.2025
Applies to: All services provided through www.shuffle-x.com by Wershuffle Inc.

Because we provide digital marketing and promotional services that begin promptly after onboarding, all payments made to Wershuffle Inc. are non-refundable once services commence. However, partial refunds may be issued under the following limited conditions:

  • The Customer cancels before campaign work has begun and within 48 hours of payment.

  • The Company fails to initiate service delivery within 7 business days without notice or explanation.

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors are identified.

How to Request a Refund:
Email info@wershuffle.com with your payment reference and detailed request. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

🚚 Shipping or Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 01.01.2025
Scope: Delivery of digital and, if applicable, physical services or goods.

Digital Delivery

All services, including campaign data, strategic materials, and reports, are delivered digitally through email, platform dashboards, or cloud-based access.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically within 3–5 business days from service initiation.

  • Delivery Method: Email, Google Drive, ClickUp, or direct dashboard access.

Physical Delivery (if applicable)

If any merchandise or printed promotional materials are purchased:

  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or local equivalents depending on location.

  • Shipping Time: 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Determined at checkout based on destination.

  • Destinations: U.S., Canada, EU, U.K., and Israel.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

🔄 Return Policy and Process

Effective Date: 01.01.2025
Scope: Applies only to tangible products (e.g., branded merchandise). Returns do not apply to digital services or subscriptions.

Conditions for Return

  • Request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Custom or promotional items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Email info@wershuffle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive approval and shipping address from our support team.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable method.

  4. Upon inspection, eligible returns will be refunded or exchanged within 10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Effective Date: 01.01.2025
    Scope: Applies to all service subscriptions, campaigns, and one-time promotional orders through www.shuffle-x.com.

  • SaaS Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us at least 5 business days before the renewal date.

  • Annual Plans: Can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Partial refunds are not provided unless no services have commenced.

  • Campaign-Based Services

  • Campaigns may be canceled before the service start date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative and resource allocation costs.

  • Once a campaign is active or assets are in production, the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Process

  • Email info@wershuffle.com with your client ID and cancellation reason.

  • Receive written confirmation of cancellation.

  • Access to services will cease after the final billing period.
